Student Right to Know and Campus Security Act

Under the provisions of the Student-Right-To-Know and Campus Security Act (Public Law 101-542 and amended by Public Law 102-26 in 1991), the College is required to compile and release to currently enrolled degree or certificate students and to prospective degree or certificate students upon request the following:

  • Information on the College’s graduation rate for full-time, degree or certificate-seeking students, which is available upon request from the Registrar at records@goddard.edu.
  • Information on financial assistance, which is available in the Student Handbooks, on the College’s Financial Aid web page, and upon request from the Director of Financial Aid at finaid@goddard.edu.
  • 365体育投注 Crime Security component of the Act, also known as the Clery Act, requires colleges to collect specific information about crimes and security on campus and to publish and distribute three years of data in an annual security report to current and prospective students/employees. For more information, download our Campus Safety Report. For further information, the College’s annual crime statistics are available at: ope.ed.gov/campussafety. As part of the requirement of this law, students are reminded of the College’s Alcohol and Substance Use Policy available in the Student Handbooks.
